Refills

It is important to call for a refill at least two to three days in advance. If you need a prescription refilled, it is faster to have your pharmacist contact us, but even then, it can take 48 hours to respond to refill requests. In order to ensure the best patient care, we will not refill if it has been more than 3 months since you have seen your physician.

Test Results

As soon as test results are received, we will call you if there is a problem. Otherwise you will receive results within two weeks.

Referrals

If you have an HMO, chances are, you will need a referral to see a specialist. Referrals take up to 72 hours to process.

Pre-Authorizations
