Co-payments and deductibles are expected at the time services are rendered, including Master Medical.

Outside labs are used to run blood tests as a convenience for our patients, and these labs are responsible of their own billing, therefore all lab billing inquiries should be directed to one of the following:

Beaumont Reference Lab
DBML
Quest
JVHL

If your insurance company requires you to use a specific lab, please inform a staff member BEFORE you have any blood work done
